Paradigm was retained to advise the Company on obtaining an infusion of private equity to facilitate a distribution to current stockholders. Paradigm helped the Company select a private equity firm that recapitalized the Company netting the stockholders $23 million in cash while retaining a significant equity stake and day-to-day management of the Company.
